My career has been built around education at every level — from establishing one of Malaysia’s pioneering distance-learning MBA programs through Lead Academic, to running language and entrepreneur training centers, to currently pursuing my own Ph.D. in Economics at Hunan University, China. I hold an MBA from the University of Wales (Aberystwyth, UK) and a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

Beyond academia, I’ve served on government advisory boards, led Persatuan Graduan Muda Malaysia (GRADUAN) as President, and worked closely with policymakers — experience that shapes how I advise students on careers, scholarships, and global pathways.
